Agreement to Terms of Use
VIP Arcadia’s services cater to adults only which for this purposes will be defined as anyone over the age of 18 years old. To be able to sign up and login to VIP Arcadia’s website you are required to prove that you are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction. If you do not meet this requirement you may not make use of this service.
Agreement with the terms outlined on this page is also a requirement of your use of the service. If you are in disagreement with any of the terms or conditions in this document or those stated in the Privacy Policy, you are also required to discontinue your use of VIP Arcadia’s services.
Your continued use of VIP Arcadia’s services indicates an explicit agreement with these terms and conditions as well as those outlined in the security policy.
We maintain the right to make amendments or changes to these terms at any time, regardless of the reason, without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in continued agreement with these rules. While we will endeavour to ensure you are duly notified of such changes you are required to visit this page from time to time. 1. General Terms
1.1: This document is a legal agreement between You (“you”, “customer”, “player”, “players”) and VIP Arcadia (“VIP Arcadia”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and applies to any use or access of the services or website , including banking and games (“website”, “service”, “services”).
1.2: VIP Arcadia is an online casino specialising in offering entertainment and online gambling products and services. From here on all the services offered by VIP Arcadia will be referred to as ‘Services’ and includes all game information, downloadable assets, bonuses and promotions, site processes, all communications including emails. Any disagreement must be met with an immediate discontinuation of these services by you.
1.3: We have the right to, at our sole discretion, amend the terms and conditions of use. Any amendments will be updated as soon as is possible and while we will make every effort to inform you, it remains your responsibility to ensure that you are in continued agreement with the rules on this page. Your continued use of and access to the VIP Arcadia services explicitly implies continued agreement.
1.4: VIP Arcadia was designed for and targets adults only. To hold an account at VIP Arcadia it is imperative that you are 18 years or older or the required age to gamble in your jurisdiction. We have the right to request proof of your age and in the event that false documentation is provided to us we have a legal obligation to report this as fraudulent behaviour to the authorities in question.
1.5: Online gambling is illegal in many jurisdictions and we do not endorse illegal activity. While we make every effort to block registrations from these jurisdictions the responsibility remains yours to ensure that your gambling activities are in line with local law. VIP Arcadia takes no responsibility should you decide to ignore local laws or if you claim to be unaware of such laws. While we are available in an online environment and are accessible from multiple jurisdictions we do not claim that being able to access the VIP Arcadia website implies that you are legally entitled to register and play at VIP Arcadia. If it is found that you have been using the VIP Arcadia services in a way not authorised by this document you will not be afforded legal counsel.
1.6: Players shall be responsible to verify the governing laws of their country or location of residence.
1.7: While players from prohibited restrictions may be able to register an account, they may find that certain services are limited or blocked. Such measures may be put in place by third party providers as a way to limit access to certain functionality. In the event that you are affected by limited service you agree that you do not have any claim against VIP Arcadia nor any third party providers.
1.8: We may use your Personal details such as phone number, address and email address (unless you have chosen not to allow this) to send you advertising communications with information about our products, services and other different types of promotions. Additionally, by using our services, you are giving us authorisation to use your information for this purpose. You may opt out from receiving advertising content at any moment by reaching out to our Customer Support.
1.9: As a customer of VIP Arcadia, new updates, features, promotional bonuses, software and casino brands will be made available to you. The addition of these services is done so in line with the terms and conditions as outlined in this document and license agreements. Any conflict between any of the relevant documents will be resolved internally.
1.10: VIP Arcadia reserves the right to make amendments or improvements to the software, game selection, available features or system requirements at any time without prior notice. We will not be held liable for damages or inconveniences arising from such changes.
1.11: Players are responsible for reading and abiding by the rules for each of the games available via the VIP Arcadia website.
1.12: You agree that any dispute that you may have while using any of the services provided by VIP Arcadia will be brought to our attention within 2 days of the event. All communications regarding the dispute must be initiated with the VIP Arcadia customer support team. You also agree to provide all the documentation requested by the customer support team that is required to initiate an investigation. We may take up to 14 days to resolve the dispute.
1.13: In the event of a claim, the data that we have stored on our systems will supersede other data should there be a disparity between the documents that are provided to us by you and the information that we have stored.
1.14: The user must be aware that by using the website or any related services including games may be interrupted due to external circumstances that are beyond our control. Such events include but are not limited to network failure, computer malfunction (caused by a virus, cyber-attack, poor maintenance, etc) or lost data. Furthermore, VIP Arcadia has no legal accountability in regards to these potential and unfortunate events.
1.15: Should VIP Arcadia offer an exception to the terms stated in this agreement, the exception is only valid in written form from the management of VIP Arcadia and is valid only in the instance stated and cannot be applied across the board.
2. Account Registration
2.1: Players must comply with the regulations established about online gambling in the governing laws of their country. Receiving winnings from gambling may incur taxes that a player must pay or report if required by the governing laws in their area of residence. By accessing or otherwise using VIP Arcadia’s website, you agree to abide by your local authorities and act responsibly regarding the local laws. Players failing to comply with the laws in their jurisdiction, will be denied any legal counselling.
2.2: VIP Arcadia will not be held liable for the consequences of players who claim to be unaware of the restrictions of online gambling laws in their respective jurisdiction. We urge you to please do the necessary investigation before opening an account at VIP Arcadia.
2.3: To make use of any of the services provided by VIP Arcadia, which includes placing real money wagers, players are required to register using correct and accurate information. This information includes first and last name, date of birth, telephone number, email address, physical address as well as information required to make real money deposits.
2.4: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any information is up to date and to inform us of any changes as necessary.
2.5: The rules regarding the management of the user's personal details are bound by the regulations stated in the Security & Privacy Policy. The information that we collect and store may be disclosed to third parties according to these guidelines. 2.6: When you sign up you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age to play in your jurisdiction. You also confirm that you have the right to use the funds that are deposited into your VIP Arcadia account. You further agree when registering that you have not registered an account with VIP Arcadia before and that your use of the services is for personal benefit and not on the behalf of another entity or third party.
2.7: Any account opened with the intention of manipulating the service or the carrying out of any harmful activity is subject to the closure of the account. Each member is allowed to create no more than one account per address. Personal details for example: telephone number, address, email address and others, like the IP address, should be unique and not appear in 2 or more accounts. Multiple accounts, also referred to as duplicate accounts, fall under this definition and will not be accepted unless it has been approved by the company. The above-mentioned exception towards duplicate accounts is determined by special circumstances depending on the case and may be annulled at any moment. VIP Arcadia may void or withhold any remaining funds or winnings from any users failing to comply with the rules in this contract.
2.8: VIP Arcadia may request additional information for a background check, if we deem it necessary, without any prior notice, and each instance shall be handled on a case by case basis. In addition, to run these checks we rely on the support of other licensed entities whose services we will make use of if we decide it to be necessary. Please note that these background checks may be performed on a specific person for a particular reason or it could also be random. Supplying the additional documentation is not optional, players that abstain from cooperating will be restricted from using their account until the verification check has been completed. Furthermore, if we detect or suspect that you have been involved in fraud or any illicit activity, we have the right to retain all funds in your account including the suspension or termination of the service.
2.9: You agree to comply with the request to provide proof that you are of legal gambling age. In the event that we discover that deposits and wagers have been placed by a minor, all deposits will be refunded, any winnings that may have already been paid out must be repaid in their entirety, all wagers and winnings not yet paid out will become void.
2.10: In an effort to prevent fraudulent activity we do not allow third parties to access any VIP Arcadia accounts. Players agree not to grant access to others, and further agree to keep their login credentials safe. Should a registered player allow a third party to access their account, VIP Arcadia will not be held responsible for any damages caused. You agree that the information provided by you to us on registration is private and agree to not share it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by a third party or your account information has been shared, please contact us immediately. If you need to have your password reset please use the ‘Forgot Password’ link or contact us.
2.11: VIP Arcadia offers numerous currency options for real money deposits and withdrawals. Players can use any of the options available on the site (Debit/Credit Card, Bitcoin, Electronic Bank transfer etc.) for such purposes. Please note that the selected currency must be the same as the currency belonging to your payment method. In the event that any transaction made to or from an account, in which the currency option is not available on the site, will be processed according to the current exchange rate determined by the financial institutions, card issuers or any applicable market value.
2.12: Please be aware that a VIP Arcadia account has no relation to any bank account, nor should the Casino be considered as a financial entity of any kind. Your account does not include any insurance/ protection of the funds within the account, thus it will not bear any interest and/or currency conversion services either.
2.13: Players must comply with the regulations established with regards to online gambling in the governing laws of their country. 2.14: Players have the right to request the closure of their VIP Arcadia account. You must make a formal request or notify us via email, physical letter or through our Contact Us page. Your request processing time starts as soon as we receive it, and your account will be closed by the end of this process. During that time, all services will work without any interruptions and will be available at your disposal. You shall be held accountable for all the activities performed on your account during the time it remains active. If the player has any type of current debt owed to the casino, this privilege may be denied. Further actions shall be required to settle the debt from which we will give you proper instructions on how to proceed.
2.15: If you wish to reactivate your account with VIP Arcadia, contact our Customer Support team and make your request in a formal manner. During the time we process your account reactivation, you must not attempt to resume the Service by creating a new account, doing so is considered a violation of these terms and may impact our decision to allow you to continue using our services.
2.16: When an account has not been accessed or logged into for an uninterrupted period of 90 days or more, it shall be labelled as inactive.
2.17: You are given the freedom to restrict your gambling practices by excluding yourself from using VIP Arcadia online services at any moment via formal request. On the completion of this process, please note that you will be abandoning the right to claim any winnings, money rewards or bonuses of any kind, even if you legitimately earned these prizes before deciding to exclude yourself from our casino.
3. Payments and Payouts
3.1: Without taking into consideration any no deposit bonuses, to be able to enjoy the services offered at VIP Arcadia players are required to make a real money deposit into their account. Players agree that the available methods for making and receiving payments may change without notice and that the associated fees may change and vary depending on the chosen banking method.
3.2: Any deposits made into a VIP Arcadia account can only be done directly through our website. This directive also applies to any withdrawal request. Both transactions must be made by the players themselves, from their accounts, using the VIP Arcadia cashier.
3.3: You are fully responsible and accountable for the deposits made into your account. Therefore, you agree to renounce the right to request a chargeback or any dispute that involves any financial entities that operate and manage your depositing account. Failing to comply with this rule will affect our business operations directly. Any damages or expenses originating from such actions shall be repaid by you and we may close your account if we decide to, including withholding and/or removal of any winnings in the account.
3.4: Initiating a chargeback, requesting a refund or any suspected fraudulent activity can result in your account being placed under investigation and being closed temporarily. During this time VIP Arcadia may restrict your access to your funds including pending withdrawals until the completion of the investigation.
3.5: Any deposits made via Debit or Credit card are required to go through an authorisation process that is normally completed instantly. However, it could also run for an unspecified amount of time. Only once we have received the confirmation, the transaction will be considered completed. Some transactions may not be allowed if the requested amount to be deposited exceeds the established limit. In this case, you will be required to provide additional documentation to process your deposit. The Debit and/or credit card limits are set based on a monthly, weekly and daily basis. These limits are unique to every player and are subject to changes.
3.6: Every deposit or withdrawal at VIP Arcadia may incur additional fees which can vary depending on the method of payment used at the moment of the transaction. VIP Arcadia shall not be held liable for the fees charged to the player by the financial institution.
3.7: In order to be able to use the cashier deposit and withdrawal feature, the player is under the obligation to submit authentication documents when requested by us. Even though certain transactions may not need prior verification, before initiating a withdrawal request, it is strictly mandatory, without exception, to verify the account completely.
3.8:When redeeming a bonus, the player must fulfil the requirements corresponding to the bonus that is currently active. Once completed, the player will be able to cash out these funds.
3.9: A player may only withdraw funds by logging into their account and making the request via the cashier section of your account. We do not allow withdrawal requests to be made over live chat, email or telephonically.
3.10: The minimum amount to withdraw for every payment option in VIP Arcadia is $100, unless stated differently in the cashier. Players have no restriction on how much they can win with us. Nonetheless, if the requested amount of withdrawal exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, it will be required to pay in multiple instalments. 3.11: To verify your account or to approve a withdrawal we require all players to submit verification documents. Please take note of the following documents that we accept, they include but are not limited to:

Once they have been received, our withdrawals team will review and process them within 5 business days. Once the documents are approved, any pending withdrawal for the player will be allowed to move forward in the withdrawal process.
You will be advised should there be any outstanding or additional documents required.
3.12: Our approval times for withdrawals is usually between 7 - 10 days once all requirements have been met and all relevant docuemnts received. Once your withdrawal request has been approved, the processing time depends on your chosen payment method and can take up to 10 more days for the funds to hit your account.
3.13: VIP Arcadia has the liberty to perform systematic reviews and/or investigations on withdrawals using your personal details, transaction history and any other related data to identify illicit activities (bonus abuse, cheating, collusion, etc.). If the player is found guilty and/or there are enough and valid reasons for us to suspect that you are committing such acts, you will not be entitled to claim any rewards or winnings of any kind. This investigation process may take up to 7 business days to be completed.
3.14: Withdrawals are paid only and exclusively to the account owner; therefore, the account to which withdrawals are set to be paid, must have the same name as the one on the VIP Arcadia account.
3.15: Players may only receive their withdrawals via one of the methods available in the VIP Arcadia cashier.
3.16: VIP Arcadia reserves the right to make changes to the available methods for withdrawals and deposits.
4. Games and Placing Bets
4.1: All bets are final, once a bet has been placed it cannot be retracted.
4.2: If you lose internet connectivity during a betting round the bet will be completed at the server level. When you log back into your VIP Arcadia account you will be able to see the results of the last bet. If you have any doubts or concerns please contact us.
4.3: A refund due to a loss of internet connection is not guaranteed and will only be applied should there have been an error on our systems.
5. General Bonus Rules
5.1: Generally, common bonuses in VIP Arcadia labelled with the following terminology are:
- Deposit Bonus
- Free Spins
- Free Bonus
- Loyalty Cash Bonus
- Cash Back
Deposit Bonus:
Refers to the type of bonus that usually awards a percentage based on the deposit made by the player.
Free Spins:
This bonus awards the player spins to play on a preselected game (no deposit required).
Free Bonus:
This bonus typically awards a bonus balance for the player to use as they wish. This usually comes with a wagering requirement specified in the cashier.
Loyalty Cash Bonus:
This bonus is awarded to players as a token of appreciation. VIP Arcadia will determine the amount and how many bonuses to give away based on activity.
Cash Back:
This bonus is considered an insurance benefit that every player can earn considering both the sum of the net losses on a specific period of time and the player's VIP Level.
5.2: The total of the winnings accrued from an active bonus are not withdrawable until you complete the play-through associated with that particular bonus.
5.3: Your withdrawable balance consists of monies that have already been played through the required amount of times plus your cash deposits and minus any non cashable bonuses.
5.4: Bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with other bonuses. Players may not redeem another bonus until playthrough has been met for the previous bonus.
5.5: The maximum cash out when playing with a Cash Back is based on VIP Level with a minimum of 1 time the value of the Cash Back Bonus.
5.6: Every VIP Arcadia member is eligible to use the Welcome Bonus, unless restricted according to these terms. We may change or modify this promotion at our discretion, restrictions may apply. Duplicate accounts at VIP Arcadia do not qualify to redeem the Welcome Offer. For more information, please refer to the Bonus Abuse section of these Terms and Conditions.
5.7: Your withdrawable balance will be updated only once wagering requirements have been completed.
5.8: Once you make a withdrawal, any funds still remaining in your bonus balance will be removed.
5.9: The maximum cash out for a free bonus is generally $100 unless stated otherwise. This is also dependant on your VIP level.
5.10: VIP Arcadia players with a pending withdrawal are not permitted to redeem any no deposit bonuses unless specified otherwise. In the event that a no deposit bonus is redeemed while a withdrawal is pending VIP Arcadia has the right to void the bonus as well as any associated winnings.
5.11: We will not be held responsible for technical issues related to software or hardware, poor internet connectivity resulting in a negative experience or the inability to access games or redeem bonuses.
5.12: We will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the redemption of any bonus, regardless of whether they are real or virtual.
5.13: We reserve the right to change or remove any bonus at any time at our sole discretion. These reasons may include but are not limited to bonus abuse, fraud concerns, licensing requirements or human error.
5.14: Should a deposit not clear into our account, get refunded or cancelled, we reserve the right to void associated bonuses and winnings.
6. Bonuses & Wagering
6.1: Every VIP Arcadia player is subject to our play-through guidelines and regulations when using a bonus. The player must wager the number of times indicated on the bonus terms before they can make a withdrawal request including receiving a bonus or having any bonus winnings added to the account. This is well practised within the industry with the purpose of reducing bonus abuse and fraudulent transactions.
6.2: Only the current available withdrawable balance can be requested.
6.3: Any attempt to use betting schemes or systems to complete the wagering requirements can result in you having your bonus and associated winnings voided.
6.4: The majority of VIP Arcadia bonuses have a 30 times play-through requirement. The play-through amount is (your deposit amount) + (the amount given to you from the bonus) x (30).
Example: You make a deposit $30 and receive a 100% deposit bonus to the value of $30. In order to complete the associated wagering requirements, you must make $1,800 in bets i.e. $60 (deposit + bonus) x 30 =. Once you have completed $1,800 in bets, you will be able to make a withdrawal.
6.5: To see the information regarding your bonus including any pending wagering requirements, click on cashier in the top right hand corner of the screen when you are logged into your VIP Arcadia account. Select 'Coupon' to display all pertinent bonus information.
6.6: Free spins are awarded to new players from specific countries ONLY as decided by VIP Arcadia upon the account creation. 6.7: Loyalty Cash Bonus: This bonus is awarded to players as a token of appreciation. VIP Arcadia will determine the amount and how many bonuses to give away based on players’ activity.
6.8: Cash Back Bonuses: Our VIP Members can expect regular cash credits from us based on their activity and VIP Level. Cash Back bonuses are not available on request and are credited directly into customers’ accounts.
6.9: No-Deposit Bonuses generally come with a 30 times wagering requirement, unless specifically stated otherwise.
6.10: Only bets with an outcome (winnings or not) are considered a completed bet. Only completed bets contribute to the playthrough requirements.
6.11: If the player is not able to complete the playthrough requirements, they will be removed when the balance drops to $1 or less, as long as there are no pending games.
7. Bonus Abuse
7.1: By creating an account, either directly or through a third party, you acknowledge that you will adhere to the rules in this contract and to not commit any unlawful acts. You will not use nor allow any third parties to use our website through your account for fraudulent activities or conspire to bypass our security system, page or any brand that involves VIP Arcadia.
7.2: Some of the measures that we are compelled to take in regards to abusive activity include:
- Account closure
- Deny the use of bonuses
- Reimburse deposits (if applicable)
- Removing promotions
- Cancelation of winnings
- Banned permanently
7.3: Creating more than one account, using a VPN, proxy or masking your IP address in order to use free bonuses multiple times is considered to be abusing our bonus system.
7.4: Taking advantage of any defects in the system or willingly exiting their session during a bonus round for the sole purpose of gaining wager outcome advantage is considered to be abusing our bonus system.
7.5: Decreasing the bet down to 60% or less with an active bonus, in order to complete the play-through requirements is considered to be abusing our bonus system.
7.6: Bonus Stacking before completing the play-through on the initial bonus taken is considered to be abusing our bonus system.
7.7: Taking advantage of the different types of games play-through requirements by changing between games immediately after a winning bet, in order to meet the requirements more easily is considered to be abusing our bonus system.
7.8: Placing even wagers while playing Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat is considered to be abusing our bonus system.
7.9: Abusing the double-up feature in order to gain larger profits is considered to be abusing our bonus system.
7.10: Manipulating our Website to your own advantage is considered to be abusing our VIP Arcadia bonus system.
8 Fraudulent & Malicious Behaviour
8.1: VIP Arcadia strictly forbids unauthorised access to our servers and databases. Anyone found trying to gain access to VIP Arcadia’s website or our assets will be reported and all relevant information handed over to the relevant authorities. Your account will be permanently closed and you will no longer be able to make use of any of the services offered by VIP Arcadia.
8.2: By registering an account with us you agree that you are not doing so with malevolent intentions. Players that are found to be involved in unlawful activities which may include data theft, laundering of money, hacking or other forms of fraud will have their account permanently closed and will have legal action taken against them. Should you be found guilty of any of these offences, there is no obligation from VIP Arcadia to reimburse any deposits.
8.3: Malicious activity includes but is not limited to the following:
- Purposefully hiding your IP address or using a VPN or other service to access the VIP Arcadia website
- Using money that does not belong to you to place bets at VIP Arcadia
- Colluding with others in an attempt to defraud VIP Arcadia
- The use of software that give you an advantage over the casino
- Using software that allows you to place bets automatically and continuously
- Interfereing with the website or its content in any way
- Initiating Cyber Attacks in any form
- Using your VIP Arcadia account to participate in criminal activity such as money laundering or theft.
8.4: Our players are forbidden from using defamatory, violent or offensive language or behaviour while making use of the VIP Arcadia customer services. These include racial slurs, discriminatory comments, harassment of any kind, abusive, sexist or offensive remarks.
8.5: Your account at VIP Arcadia is for your personal use only. You may not offer our services to a third party without explicit permission in writing.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
9.1: By signing up to VIP Arcadia you agree that you will not make chargebacks or refund requests for deposits you have made into your VIP Arcadia account. You agree that should you initiate such a procedure that you will be responsible for all damages suffered by VIP Arcadia as a result. You agree that initiating a chargeback or refund will result in your account being locked and any winnings will be declared void.
9.2: We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to any VIP Arcadia account where they has been suspicious activity, including but not limited to chargeback and requests for refunds. We may also decide at our sole discretion to not allow access to the funds of the account either until the conclusion of the investigation.
9.3: A refund request is only valid in the event that a game was incomplete and a result was not delivered yet the bet amount was removed from the balance. This will only be done once an investigation concludes that the player is due a refund due to a system error.
9.4: Should a deposit return as failed, incomplete or cancelled we have the right to void any associated bonuses or winnings.
9.5: Should a player be found culpable of the abuse of bonuses they run the risk of having their deposits, bonuses and winnings voided, banned from being able to make use of further bonuses or their account with VIP Arcadia permanently closed.
10. Liability Limitations
10.1: As a player at VIP Arcadia you understand that VIP Arcadia is an online casino designed with the sole purpose of entertainment in mind.
